I own the copyrights to all of my original works and I reserve the right to issue takedown requests to any derivative works. However, I am okay with derivative works that follow these guidelines:
- Must provide sufficient attribution to me, preferably by linking to my website (cablehare.com).
- Do not indicate or imply that I am affiliated with or endorsing your derivative work unless I have given you explicit permission to do so.
- Must be transformative.
- Unmodified clips of my videos in reuploads or compilations are NOT transformative. Screen recordings of my games are fine, though.
- Must be non-commercial and not monetized.
- Monetization through social media (e.g. Google AdSense) is okay.
- Must not harm the reputation of myself or others.
- Must not infringe upon other intellectual property.
- Must not promote illegal activities, hatred against individuals or groups, or any other acts I deem immoral.
- Must not be used to train AI models or in anything directly involving AI-generated content.
